As of this moment, we, the staff, are going to stop using the "Do Not Release" (DNR) function. If anything is brought to our attention and it is too sensitive to be released to the board as a whole, discussion will be confined to PM and/or e-mail only. Also, we're going too try to stay on schedule. I've set a recurring appointment on my calendar to remind us to release them in a timely manner. We will release the threads on or about January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of every year. We will count this most recent release as this year's July 1st release and go forth from there.
