Has anyone here read any of his graphic novels, or at least know of him as anything other than writer/co-producer of Lost? His stuff is awesome. I think he's the best person writing comics right now. He takes premises that are completely unappealing to me, and makes the story, plotting, pacing, and characters so good that I enjoy it anyway. I've read all three volumes of Runaways, six of Ex Machina, and all of Y: The Last Man. I enjoyed all of them, and it seems as if he can do no wrong.
I've been looking for fresh blood to add to my graphic novel collection, might have to check these out.
About half way through Y... really need to catch up. And I really want to check out Ex Machina. As for graphic novels, I heartily recommend NextWave - big, dumb and fun. And pokes plenty of fun at how po-faced comics have become at times.
