Same here, at 26. Random heart thing -- and there isn't even anything physically wrong with my heart. While it's not common, it's more plausible than people often think, even if you're not sick, doing drugs, or anything else of the sort.

The ACORN people were recorded saying what they said. As for Sherrod, it was Glenn Beck who edited that IIRC. You're just butthurt because a bunch of smelly, progressive, hippie radicals got busted.
When even Fox was forced to come out and admit that both videos were edited to give the impression which is the exact opposite of what actually occurred then, yes, it's lying and pointing out that it was lying is not being butt hurt. It's called being factually correct.
