Phoenix New Times has pushed for Sheriff Joe to be ousted for as long as Skin can remember. That fact alone is almost enough to make it worth keeping him in that office -- but only barring his replacement being someone who works just as hard to stop illegal immigration, but does so more intelligently. In other words, by all means replace him, but preferably with someone even more likely to cause the seditious twats at the red rag to experience such severe hypertension that they literally explode like overfed ticks.
