I believe the prevention of reposting information posted freely on the internet is the sacred duty of all staff. As a good citizen of the board, it is my duty to report all such heinous violations of decency. Gul should be banned. Don't get me wrong, it's nothing personal. I like the guy. But a message needs to be sent that you just can't repost information people have put out for the world to see. That kind of behavior is just plain unacceptable; friend or no friend.

Nope. The photos are of Neill Murray of 1807 E. Don Carlos Ave. of Tempe, Arizona. Neill has no internet access, no telephone access, and therefore only someone who has physically been to Neill's location could have taken photos and gotten his permission to use them. And, boyo, that ain't you.
Well that's a shame they ended up on the internet. Luckily it's not against the rules to use them as an avatar since it's not trolling or flaming any member of this board.

Because of the immediate damage caused by unauthorized release of private information, we mods MUST react quickly to anyone who reports it. We can't let it slide for an hour or two. We have to drop what we're doing and check it out. Well, I'm done with being run on wild goose chases. The "Report Post" function is not to be used except for legitimate concerns. The NEXT one of you who fraudulently reports a release of private information (or seriously misuses the Report Post function), I'm going to BAN. Or, if he really didn't have Internet access, you could be using his photos without his knowing it. You might want to CYA by posting evidence that you do in fact have his permission.
