Why is it a bad thing to enforce the law where speeding is concerned, but a good thing to enforce it where immigration is concerned? Is it just because people here are speeders rather than illegal immigrants?

These cases of speed enforcement are actually speed traps designed for revenue for the city and company instead of actually being for 'safety'.
