There is so much messed up here, like the idea that John could dismantle an account run by John Castle. But I'm fascinated that your wife registered an account at Wordforge. Do you think she'd consider posting? New members are always welcome, and I can imagine she'd bring some rather unique perspectives to our discussions.

I think he meant that John could disable the Twitter account. If so, then she's even more incompetent on understanding how the web works than Dayton is.

I think she only registered so she could send a message to John (thinking that was John Castle). John initially banned her as a dual of mine. Before I could comment on it to him he had already unbanned her even though he still thought she was a dual.

AFAIK she has no interest whatsoever in posting here. But she wants anything online that might come up in a quick google search of my name off the computer if it has the potential to embarass.

Another person there said Cheney profited "not a penny".

    There are different views

My wife thought John Castle given his name at the bottom. I have no idea how Twitter works so I do not know.

That said, there are about four or five posters here who I think seem obsessed with talking about me to put that up. Wasn't it El Chup who deliberately created a thread last year with my full name and place of employment in it so it would come up on Google searches?

Wait. What the fuck did you just say? You just blew my fucking mind. Your wife wants to delete the internet? Is that what you're trying to say?

No Only those things that come up in a Google search of my name (regardless of how much of my name is used) that might be embarassing. Especially to a potential employer

I'd say that you have more work to do in that regard than John does (not that it's within his powers to delete things posted by people in places other than Wordforge).

    Not all my posts.

I seriously doubt any potential employer would care one way or the other about how to save Star Trek or at AlternateHistory.com about "What if Kennedy had lived".

Indeed, virtually all of my political opinions written are mirrored by a good number of other people too

Ok.. hold on a second here. At least 90% of the embarrassing shit she's worried about was posted by you. All you have to do is go to the Dayton's Greatest Hits thread to see it. Everything that has been posted there as you quoting it was actually said by you.

Again, almost all of the stuff you have said that could embarrass and harm you HAS BEEN POSTED BY YOU, even your "I do not like Jews" which I found really easy can look really bad for you. A Jewish kid fails your class, that can turn out badly for you.

How hard is this to understand?

My wife thought John created the Twitter account. John Castles name was at the bottom of the page and she thought it was the moderator John from Wordforge.

    Not all of it.

And a lot of stuff is grossly out of context and you well know it.

Uh no. Everything in there was posted by you, they can be linked to your account. They either link directly back to your original post or can be found to have been said directly by you by using the search feature.

Do you not know what "out of context" means? Direct quotes mean different things in different contexts.

Once again for the short bus riders, they are linked back to your original post. They were posted by you, doesn't matter how much of the original post was used, it's still there and still makes you look like an idiot.

You said it, it's there and it's not going away. Anyone who finds it will see, doesn't matter if it makes you look bad and can also make any school you'll work at look bad. Don't you get that?

Once again, even if it does link to the original post, who is going to bother and go there to read probably whole pages of a thread and follow the argument?

We both know that most people simply take a quote at face value.

In that case, they'll never get the "context" that you claim the quotes are "taken out of", so you're still boned.

So you're agreeing that people won't care about the context, they'll just take what they see and decide you'd be an embarrassment to them,

That it wasn't you who wrote it and that a "lot of stuff is grossly out of context and you well know it"? It still doesn't matter.

Wait. Dayton's wife thinks John mods the Internet? She could have only learned this from Dayton. But then again, it wasn't until 2014 that Dayton discovered copy and paste. Xerox was using this in 1974, Mac around 1983-84 and Microsoft also had it around 1981-83. So yeah, it's possible that they believe that.
