All the people killed by communist regimes has totaled (at minimum) 67 million people.

So communists by numbers alone in less than a century have a vastly higher death toll than all the religions in world history for thousands upon thousands of years.

I have to agree with the guy. You could apply it to all people, but in the context of the US and law enforcement here he is right that you need to expect retaliation for this sort of things. If you look at how police have changed their tactics over the years to deal with events like riots we see they proceed with the same expectation this guy has. They used to not shoot first, and they used to not immediately handcuff people. Frisking used to be rare for a traffic stop. Just the way they are trained to approach your car comes from cops getting shot. This guy is not saying anything the police already do not say to each other. You treat people like crap and you can expect a certain amount of them to retaliate violently. This is why we have riot outfitted cops come to deal with peaceful protesters. When you are going to mace people and start walking down the streets hearding them with batons and shields you better damn well expect a proportion of them to respond violently. When you go out there and constantly destroy black lives with arrests and confiscations you are going to have a number of them who feel they have nothing left to lose but kill.
