So you are "claiming" that it is impossible to believe homosexuality is immoral without being a "bigot". That is so judgemental and mean.
And claiming homosexuality is immoral, and not liking someone or even watching a show because it has homosexuality in it isn't judgmental?
Perhaps. But at least it is judgement backed up by several millennia of history and well established precedent by hundreds of millions of people.
Homosexuality has been accepted, and was accepted for thousands of years. There are many, and have been many civilizations that did not find anything wrong with it, and found it acceptable. For thousands of years before and after so called Christianity considered it wrong. As a matter of fact, homosexuality was not only accepted in Rome and Greece, but as well as Japan, China, Persia, Africa, North and South America, and even the Middle East. Much of the intolerance and irrational hatred comes from a bigoted and in the history of the world, a recent judgmental viewpoint of Christianity. Much more of the world, and a majority of countries polled the majority of those polled are accepting of homosexuality.
People tend to answer polls in the way they sense the poll taker prefers. Remember I've conducted scientific polling before.
Sometimes it is necessary to shock a sinner in order to encourage them to turn from their sin. Would you prefer I didn't care about you at all?
Hmmm... that sounds like an emotional response. Which indicates that you find @Faceman's posts to have merit.
I'll freely admit to not like being called a "bigot". It isn't like I actually mistreat people or anything.
Of course not, according to you claiming to be a Christian while passing judgment and slinging insults is allowed. Yet you always resort to claiming non-Christians have no right in regards to Christians. Face it, your narrow viewpoint is becoming less and less accepted everyday. You don't have to mistreat people to be a bigot, simply calling or judging those that are different from you because of where they live, are from, how they live, or what they believe in to be inferior or to be disregarded makes you a bigot. Of which you have supplied ample proof of over the years.
Ah, yes. The Dayton classic "I have no counterpoint so I'll just throw out some stupid saying", or in other words you retreat when you have nothing to offer.
