How Would You Change This Board If You Were Running It? Or Had Your Own Board?

One thing I would do it change the rep system. Make it mean something like back in the day, but make it where clicking on a simple icon didn't do anything. To have a positive or a negative rep count you would have to enter a comment of minimum length. Say 7-10 words being the range.

Another thing is a hard rule about "What's said in the Red Room stays in the Red Room". Given the Red Room basically functions with no rules, it is ridiculous that people can reference Red Room material in parts of the board where such rules do not apply.

Third is no call out threads anywhere.

I would award points for each comment, with the points convertible to cash or bitcoins so that we each get paid $5 or $10 per comment by Zuckerberg, Bezos, or Gates.

A one time clemency on anyone who wants to return since being perma-banned, bots not included.

As for me:

- With admin access to the baba() program, I'd delete the Game of Thrones entry from the obsessions table and start adding more esoteric stuff, like kiwi fruit or the Montana tax code
- Add a green skin like Grasslands or whatever it was we had on the previous software
- Except for April 1st, when every skin would be girly-pink with curlicue fonts

We did that, actually. Two came back, one was subsequently banned again. We are still waiting to see whether Ted Wolf/Data Holmes ever shows up again.

Fun fact: of the various board owners over the years, at least three were perma banned, though none of the permas took.
