The State Department IG says she did bad things. Oops.

I know we've no shortage of Hildabeast apologists here, but come on . . . this woman is one of the most corrupt individuals in modern government. Even a cursory glance at her history shows it. How can anyone possibly support her for President?

While this maybe true, your country is full of absolute morons who have placed a bigoted buffoon on the Republican ticket and practically handed her the White House in the process. Those who can't stand her might want to stop and consider that.

This isn't really news, is it? We all know about it by now.

I'm sure it's a bad thing that she "disregarded security guidelines" but that hardly makes her "one of the most corrupt individuals in modern government".

She took $100 million from the mining company that pays off warlords in central Africa. There is no one who can't buy her.

This is bad news for Hillary indeed. And the state department was asked by the FBI to hold off on their report until the FBI was done. So this release means the FBI is done.

By the way, why is Hillary Clinton so often pictured in recent years wearing dark sun glasses? I don't recall that being a habit of hers several years ago.

Indeed. She made a mistake, one a lot of people from her generation (and younger generations for that matter) make. Hell, Colin Powell did it years ago. The thing is, whether secured on a private server or government server, it's still quite capable of being hacked. If someone wants to get in, they're going to get in. Of course, I don't know what they expect to do now. I like Newsweek's take on the whole thing: http://www.newsweek.com/2016/02/19/colin-powell-emails-hillary-clinton-424187.html

It's a tempest in a teapot. I guarantee you half the people outraged on this whole matter don't even know the first damned thing about emails and how they work, but they've been told to be outraged, and so they are.

Nothing. It just seems like a curiosity. When a public figure seems to adopt a new habit without explanation I wonder why.

She has brain damage from a fall she suffered a couple of years ago. For months she had double vision and had to wear special glasses. Some of Huma's e-mail indicate other problems, possibly due to age.

Oh, @Dayton3, tell me more about your political awareness.
When I was a fundamentalist Christian and super Conservative (Rush Limbaugh was a hero of mine), my ultra conservative colleagues and I read Newsweek for the facts, because that liberal trash "Time" would always misrepresent the truth, and it was left up to Newsweek to light the flame of conservative knowledge. They are a bit more liberal now, thanks to new owners taking over in 2014, but they haven't always been that way.

    http://guardianlv.com/2014/03/newsweek-back-in-print-again-with-very-different-owners/

You know who thinks Newsweek was a liberal rag before that? Neoconservatives who have all the political awareness and nuance of Ann Coulter fucking a dildo in the shape of Rush Limbaugh's head.
Yes, @Dayton3, I consider you part and parcel to the mindset given when a giant Rush Limbaugh dildo is being shoved up Ann Coulter's vagina.

One thing that helps is reports like the one you just quoted, selling stuff everyone has known and she has said for many months as some kind of new revelation about her actions. When you so clearly demonstrate that her enemies are liars, it makes her look more honest. This is not at all logical, but it's quite human.

I've never liked Ann Coulter or Rush Limbaugh.

And I greatly preferred U.S. News & World Report for news sources with less bias. I still collect older ones of them whenever I can afford to do so on ebay.

Everyone who works with classified/sensitive/gub'mint e-mail or secret info in general knows the drill. If that were me or Forbin we'd be ass out of a job. She's above the law so we all know not a fucking thing will happen to her.
At the end of the day does it really matter? China has already stolen all our secrets by now anyway.

It gets worse. Daily Mail Story on todays OIG report

The report spells out the aftermath of a 2011 hack attack, when an IT staffer shut down her server for a few minutes in the hope that the problem would go away.

But he quickly warned Clinton's most senior aides not to send her 'anything sensitive.'

After another hacking attempt, Clinton told colleagues that she was afraid to open emails.Still, she never reported the attempted breaches to computer security experts at the State Department.

'Notification is required when a user suspects compromise of, among other things, a personally owned device containing personally identifiable information,' the Office of Inspector General wrote.

'However, OIG found no evidence that the Secretary or her staff reported these incidents to computer security personnel or anyone else within the Department.'

She and her aids also refused to be interviewed by the Inspector General's Office, probably because they were afraid of perjuring themselves.

And worse yet is this Twitchy link

So, what happened to State Dept. staffers who DID raise concerns about Hillary’s email setup?

A tweet by Michael Isikoff answered that question.

When 2 staffers raised concerns about HRC emails in 2010, they were told to shut up and never raise subject again.

Actually, that is not the problem. The problem comes from the freedom of information requests. As a private server they do not need to disclose. That is why so many other people including the republicans do this sort of thing. They have a real problem with indicting Hillary because she knows all of this. If she goes down there will be a call for a lot of other powerful people to go down with her. That is why they have this smoke screen about top secret documents which Hillary is not going to send out. That would be s useless and stupid. People think Hillary is going to send useful information over unsecured lines? That bitch knows how to keep secrets. That is why the server was set up in the first place. They can freedom of information all of he government owned accounts, but it does not work on the server. None of those emails get to us. They all go to the FBI. This way all of the crooked correspondence doesn't get released to the public.

They are never going to prosecute her. It is going to look like she is being watched every second but the investigation never leads to a conviction because they are all working for the bankers on the backend.
