It means the entire point of the Law of Moses and Jesus coming to Earth was to establish the Christian Church with Jesus as the head of it because that is the means of humans being being reconciled with God despite the sinful nature of man.

That has been accomplished. The means for humans to obtain salvation is now set. It will never change. It's a done deal. Thus the purpose of the Law and the purpose of Christs mission on Earth has been accomplished. Everything else is just shall we say "running out the clock".

There are many rules and laws listed in the old testament. Some were just ceremonial rituals for certain members of Israel. Some were just to keep the Jewish people separate from the surrounding nations. Some were laws relating to things that were against God's nature. Some were traditions set up men to help them keep from violating other laws. What Christ did by dying was to fulfill the consequences of disobeying the laws that were against God's nature. It reconciled people to God. The laws about God's nature are still in effect, meaning that what was once called evil or sin is still sin but now, due to what Christ did, we address the sin differently then was done before. Christ took the punishment. That is what is meant by fulfilling the Law.

I would've thought that would be obvious to you. I used "reconciled" because it is a term you hear fairly often in sermons and Sunday school lessons regarding man's relationship with God.
