I didn't mark it with an asterisk. That was part of the original list. What they did was divide mass shootings into two types, domestic terrorism and radical Islamic terrorism, with 19 and 49 dead, respectively.

What's especially disturbing is the two deaths from Pokemon Go, which didn't get classified as:

I still don't say 4 is a "mass" shooting and several of those were only 4, between being killed and wounded.
