Save for the fact that the majority of people in jail in this country are not in prison for terrorism. While some criminal activity, such as murder, could be classified as terrorism (depending upon the circumstances), other things, like drug dealing, cannot. You mean like the nationalist who's reported to have said during a briefing, "We've got nuclear weapons, why don't we use them?" Pulling US forces out of foreign countries alone, isn't going to be enough, and considering that they're in those places often to protect American economic interests, it's highly unlikely it'll happen, regardless of who's elected.
