Saturn's moon Dione appears to have a sub-surface ocean.

That's AWESOME! Combine this with basic math (thousands/millions of situations like this in our galaxy alone) and the odds of earth being the only planet in the universe with life fall to way, way below zero.

    Incredible.

You know I think planets/moons like this might be pretty common when in orbit of a gas giant.

Okay, what do you consider "evidence"?

True enough! But evidence will always be the bugaboo in space exploration because (again math and physics) of the incredible distances. No doubt other intelligent beings scattered around the universe are in the same boat. But the sheer mind boggling amount of galaxies, solar systems, etc. coupled with the fact that there may be more habitable areas (by life of some type) than we used to think right here in our solar system is (to me) a slam-dunk on earth not being the only place for life. It would be the height of arrogance & self-centeredness to assume that we are in the face of overwhelming odds.

Actual pictures would be one example.

Actual chemical analysis likewise would be helpful

You're making the classical "Saganist" assumption.

That since the "stuff of life is easy to make" (Sagan's exact words) that it is inevitable that Life "must've been made" all across the universe.

We haven't seen evidence of that yet.

It is also an evolutionists argument/.

Given that evolution is pretty much proven at this point, it's a damn good argument.

Depends on what you call "proven"

We know, for a fact that the stuff of life is "easy to make." We've found it inside meteorites, we've found it on comets. Furthermore, we know that in order for life to survive somewhere, it must be diverse, and expand to every possible niche on the planet. It was assumed that the very bottoms of the ocean were barren of life. Before Ballard found the Titanic, he stated that everything, including the bodies, would be perfectly preserved, since there was no oxygen at those depths, or any life. When he got down there, he discovered that he was very wrong. The wreck was teeming with life, and not a body to be found anywhere, because they'd all been eaten. There were even microorganisms eating the ship itself.
    We've got it on video.
You can watch it at the link.

Because evolution is a process - everything evolves - sports, art, farming, cars, architecture, computers, music.......nearly every single thing that has ever existed or will exist evolves to some degree. Nothing exists fully formed and perfected and will stay the same in a vacuum! Everything changes over time to meet the demands placed upon it and new ideas brought in - so why would humans be any different? :shakefist:

Universally accepted by anyone with any knowledge of the subject? At this point arguments over evolution (discounting bronze-age mysticism) are arguments of detail, not of substance. Evolution is real. We see it in the fossil record, in DNA both nuclear and mitochondrial, we watch it happen in the laboratory, and we see it happening in nature. Not to mention our thousands of years experience in selective breeding as we've domesticated various plants and animals, which is pretty much directed evolution. The only people who think it isn't a Thing at this point are flat-earthers.

For one all those things you mentioned had their "evolution" directed by an intelligent mind.

And all you have to do is step outside and you'll see evidence of evolution in every living thing there is. From the insects to other humans, every single living thing you see has evolved and there is proof of it. So another bad faith argument on your part.
