To answer your question, they were given a brief vacation for pulling a Zodiac. He got banned for it, so did they. Unlike Zodiac, however, they'll be back soon.
That was just trolling in the red room. That has ALWAYS been allowed. Did you people change the written rules and notify users about the change? Did you warn him and list which rule he violated? We know you didn't because trolling is allowed in the red room.
