Don't economists consistently underestimate potential GDP growth? After all, after the Reagan tax cuts in the early 1980s the GDP growth topped 6% at some points IIRC.

Another idea if I were President - as well as greatly increasing funds for our military I would spend heavily on economic growth.

You do realize that rape is one person imposing their will on another person, don't you? Because the rapist wants to have sex, while the victim does not. Or, to put it another way, ISIS wants to impose their version of morality on people and you are saying that they have every right to do so.
