https://boundingintocomics.com/2018...pg-net-bans-posts-supporting-president-trump/ It's not a question of "if," only "when." Regardless, it's this kind of petty, juvenile behavior that will ensure Trump's victory in 2020. The nature of the internet and websites like this allows PC partisans to engage in this kind of speech policing and censorship. Liberal partisans who have paid for and set up websites like RPG.net, or TBBS, or Wordforge can perpetrate this can of political oppression. In the artificial reality of the internet, these types of individuals can wield power to shut down what others say, a power they can never exercise over others in real life. It's like Peter David saying he'll ban anyone from his site that disagrees with his views on gun control. Can he do it? Sure. Can he march up to NRA headquarters and "ban" anyone there from disagreeing with him? I'd pay good money to see him try. It's really unfortunate, because what this kind of behavior does is give these people a false sense of their own influence and power. In reality, their ability to control other's thought and speech ends the moment their victims decide to leave that site and transfer somewhere else. It erodes people's ability to debate others and deal with intellectual opponents in a straightforward manner.
"epsilon One who belongs to the lowest caste in Aldous Huxley's book Brave New World. Known for stunted growth, inferior intelligence, yet indispensibility. After death, they play a crucial role in phosphate reclamation. In short, a useful idiot. Also known as "Epsilon-minus semi-moron"" "phosphate reclamation"
My parents are cool with faggotry Do yours know that you cry like a beta bitch on the internet about websites like RPG.com because that’s way worse
I bet your Dad blamed himself. Either for passing on the faggotry gene to you, or all those late-night bedroom visits after Mommy had gone to sleep. Where he taught you how fathers and sons are supposed to love each other? Maybe a combination of both.
Trump supporters are only "trolls" to those who hate Trump. So, you gonna address the substance of the OP or just continue jerking yourself off?
More like Taslight, because even missing a hand Tasvir is more of a man. Still lagging behind slime molds, but more of a man.
The only people who should feel "oppressed" by this are Trump supporters who live in the artificial reality of the Internet. On the other side of spectrum you rarely find progressives or liberals who want to waste their time on pro Trump sites. They know it's a cesspool of anti-Americanism and idiocy.
The better question is why everyone seems to think Flashy has changed in any way other than switching the targets of his trolling. Nova pointed out Fleshy stopped trolling conservatives after she came our as trans and her politics became more in line with his old persona.
A decade or more ago I would have agreed because the internet was still fairly small and culturally unimportant. However now the internet is hugely influential to the point where online propaganda is being blamed for the outcomes of elections. Like it or not people are now being influenced directly by online media and discussion sites, for better or worse. Probably worse. You're just flat out wrong here. If you lurk some slanted political forums you'll sometimes see people wander into the den of the other political team in order to show them the error of their ways and bring them into the light. To bad wrongthink is rarely tolerated and such posters are quickly removed.
I'd actually go with GTC's analysis here. Also, @The Flashlight, honey, if we were to decide to outright ban discussion of far right topics, it'd be because our host demanded it. And frankly, I'm not sure you'd even know about it. But don't you worry, snookums, we plan on remaining a shining beacon online for us to shoot the shit and talk crap about anything that comes to mind. That includes your verbal diarrhea, though honestly, it doesn't hurt to flush and to lower the seat sometime, mmk? Others need to sit on the throne, too.
If GoDaddy decided to disable any site hosted on their servers that allowed pro-Trump statements until those statements were scrubbed and the offending parties banned, then GoDaddy would quickly go out of business. That hasn't stopped individuals here at WF from attempting to run off conservative members. Several have been banned for no other reason that they're disliked by the libtard staff (gturner, Dinner, Castle, Dayton). You have people who like being here at WF, who are willing to contribute, but they're banned simply because they have the wrong politics. It's a shame.
I don't know gturner or Castle, but Dinner and Dayton were both horrendous fuckwits. That's got nothing to do with their politics and the only reason you can't see it for yourself is because you're one too. It's a shame.
