While everyone will have a different meaning, when I say trolls, I refer to posters like Ramen. Shitposters I see as more a generic term for people who clutter the board with posts that break topics or constantly disrupt threads.

So you demand answers to the same questions over and over and over again, because you're not getting the answers you want to hear. Part of the rules being lenient is that there is flexibility in them. If someone strays over the line but have generally been a decent person they're likely to just get a slap on the wrist rather than anything major.
