Did you bother to read it first? It is an essay offering a point of view on a matter that is obviously in some debate, and the point of view it offers is completely different than the one that you claimed that you found in a law book - being only that there are some limits on the ability of the executive to override domestic law by way of signing treaties.
It remains that you have entirely fabricated or distorted the information presented in Post #27. I can tell this not because I'm an expert, but because I have a basic laymans understanding of the subject and of logic.
