So how are you doing now that the guy who spoon feeds you your opinion is dying? Do you have a back up bullshit talking head, or are you going to roll the dice between infowars and the trump channel?
Social concern in the NFL...by the media. All Rush was talking about was how the media presented McNabb.
hey! Don't take the left's "low hanging fruit" away from them! They don't want the full context, they just want Rush = Hitler examples to make them feel morally superior. It gives them a reason to get up in the morning and face reality.
There you go again. It’s always the “left” or “libruhls”. Never any acknowledgement that someone who disagrees on something might be be disagreeing because they’ve thought about something and/or have different life experiences. Nope. They’re WRONG and thus easily dismissed.

Anything coming from the right just has to be wrong because everyone knows how stupid they are. They aren't even smart enough to vote responsibly!
So I googled some of his stuff out of curiosity, again, wouldn't wish cancer on anyone but @oldfella1962 how on earth can you think well of the guy if this is his material?
is that all of his material? I rarely listen to his show, so you tell me since you know so much about his show. In other words should I throw the baby out with the bathwater here? I'm curious about who (if any) political people you listen to. Have you vetted their career for insensitive comments?
Yes. Absolutely. You don't have to vet their career yourself, but, when things do come to light via other means, you can make judgements then. And yours, so far has been, "He's a fine American".
Interesting how they only played part of what he said. There was more to it: https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2016/10/12/tmz_busts_nbc_on_trump_tape/
I rarely listen to him so I'm no SME. Of course the haters don't listen to him either (except for the examples going around) which does however make them SME's because...ya know...the left are SME's in every facet of life imaginable.
Y'know, it occurs to me, if Jeffrey Dahmer had a more radio-friendly voice and personality, and he said he ate those guys to prevent them from being welfare leeches, he would have gotten really far in right-wing radio. You can do literally anything if you wrap it in the fucking flag, and bag on poor and colored people.
Hey, @oldfella1962 , Where does Rush rank among the following other "fine" Americans? Ted Nugent Newt Gingrich Alex Jones Don Imus
I've got to say, I'm shocked. I'm just trying to get a barometer for what it take to win "The OldFella1962 Fine American Award". Nugent claims that he got out of the Vietnam draft by crapping his pants for a week straight. Plus his whole pederast thing. Is that better or worse than what Rush said? How about Newt's affair on his cancer-stricken wife? Would you have praised him for changing the landscape of talk radio if he had been more like Alex Jones? What if he had said "That's some rough girls from Rutgers. Some hardcore hos. That's some nappy-headed hos there, I'm going to tell you that." Fine American? If Rush did any of those things, would he still be a "Fine American"? At what point does the shit he pulled outweigh any of the good he supposedly did (you've been vague on what you think Rush has done to benefit the US as well).
The benefit of rush only comes from the perspective of the racist, sexist, white supremacist people. The rest of us do not get any benefit from rush. Rush is the hot air for the right wing bubble.
I get the impression that those who extol Rush's virtues see him as the Howard Stern of the right. I grew up wanting to be in radio and I actually did an off-and-on stint in the 90s. Even the right didn't see Rush as groundbreaking at the time and this was during the Clinton era when Rush was in his element. The sentiment that Rush was some kind of conservative talk radio pioneer doesn't seem to appear until Obama for some reason.
