If you were someone in Hollywood who could give him a job, that'd be a different story. Again, I think that we'd both agree that ordinary folks have the right to choose to watch what they want and what they don't want. If you said that you didn't want to watch anything with Alec Baldwin in it because of his anti-gun status, I wouldn't object. And honestly, if you were a Hollywood exec who refused to hire Baldwin for a movie because of his anti-gun status, I wouldn't object because I think that Baldwin's a giant douchebag for reasons unrelated to his stance on guns. Yeah, he was funny on SNL as Trump, but the guy they've got now is far, far better at mocking Trump. Does he have views that make him a giant douchebag? I dunno. How much more familiar with JRE do I need to be? Do I need to be more familiar with Cosby than knowing he's a rapist to dislike him? What about Bill Clinton? Or Jeffery Epstein? I don't have any first-hand experience that they're rapists, but there's plenty of evidence that they are. How about the people who've spent time with them after they were convicted or credibly accused of being rapists? I mean, I don't know that Hillary has raped anyone, but the fact that she remained married to Bill after credible accusations of him being a rapist came out tends to taint her IMHO.
