I don't care at all about football, to me it's a stupid and useless. And while I read the news, I'm not always up on every trend.

But when I saw/read on the news the Eminem took a knee, I knew what it meant right away.

 

It is just stupid to get mad at eminem taking a knee when it is not even the national anthem. These are the same people who were Tebowing back in the day. Now you are just mad that someone is taking a knee for something you do not like, which was what it always was.

What's been happening here is way beyond "mildly intrigued". No one here discusses anyone else's personal relationships - despite the questionable posts being made. I doubt that. Ten years, no one said a thing. No one ragged on UA and Mrs. A. No one ragged on … the farmer and his wife (can’t remember their usernames).

The difference is that we got to know you and UA as posters before you had a relationship. From what I recall, Mrs. A and UA were already a couple when they started posting here (or at least when I started paying more attention to stuff like that). I'm actually shocked the two of you have been together for 10 years, but you have to keep in mind you both were not active here for all 10 of those years. So even though you have a well established relationship, it's relatively "new" to the rest of us.

 

I know i'm not the most active member here but it was news to me...
I think i came across a @Tererun post mentioning it a year or two ago.
And it's @Tererun's constantly bringing it up that made people take notice.
