Neither one of those are conspiracy theories. George Soros does contribute to certain people’s campaigns and Bill Hates is a globalist elite who has no allegiance to the US. Both are true statements. You do not get to set the terms of what is or isn’t a conspiracy theory.

First off the word you are looking for is envious not jealous. Envy is wanting something not yours. Jealousy is being overly possessive over something you consider yours. Secondly you can despise someone without being envious.
