It's kind of sad that Moore brought this lawsuit. How could a lawyer of any sort, let alone a former state Supreme Court justice, not realize it was a two-time loser when the 1st Amendment is a thing and when he signed a waiver immunizing Cohen from suit? P.S. Verrrrrrrry nice!
Republicans, especially Trump-ublicans are like Saturday morning cartoon villains, in that they can never just take a loss (or Hell, even just a hit), and not go "III'll geeet you forrr thiiisss!! ". Petty vengeance is very tied up in the fabric of their personalities. Even though they pretend to be Christian, and Jesus says turn the other cheek, let he who is without sin, and remove the plank from thine own eye. They're very bad at learning those. It's like their pastors don't teach those parts or something. To be fair, maybe Moore was fucking a little girl that week.
