That is from 8 months ago. If there was anything to it I suspect it would have been picked up by now.
Statistics usually "look weird" with small sample sizes. Now, if Trump won each individual precinct in those four states by 1%, that would be suspicious.
I can't speak for any of the other states, but Michigan's election would have been nearly impossible to hack. The way the machines work, it would require multiple physical burglaries of local county clerks' offices armed with memory cards and forged seals. And even then, the hackers could flip votes or generate fraudulent ones, but they couldn't go "we're going to make Trump win by 1% statewide." That's just not how the process works.
