There was no Kenobi trailer. I turned it on to discover I wasn't getting the multi-million dollar adverts but plain ol' local shit with some ESPN shlock thrown in. While disappointing, it meant I didn't have to sit through the tedious bits between ads.
The week before Shower Bowl annoys me at work. People want to talk about the game, who's going to win, etc.. I don't care at all, not even a little bit, not one iota.
Nothing says black history month like Eminem taking a knee while performing at the super bowl. Powerful stuff.
I didn’t even notice the kneeling watching it live. The NFL are either total morons - they told Eminem not to do a thing he wanted to, without so much as a penny of leverage over him - or they knew exactly what they were doing and are playing both sides for the publicity. I wonder what the viewership change was for the Super Bowl (and halftime show) after Janet Jackson. Edit: down half a point and nearly 4 million viewers points to “total morons”.
I like how Charlie Kirk spends the first half watching a bunch of sweaty oversized men play grab ass on a field, but the halftime show with women in it is way too sexualized for him. I think that it is way too heterosexualized for him because american football is the gayest sport ever. Yes, if you are a man and are watching american football you are on the homosexual scale. If you also are a fan of pro-wresting, wrestling, men's swimming, men's gymnastics, or golf you are gayer than Gay Gayerson.
Was everyone required to wear a mask, regardless of wealth or fame, or was this another parade of hypocrisy?
I thought the parade of hypocrisy was all the white racists who were still watching it despite their hatred of people taking a knee to recognize racism. Even if there were some real hypocrisy over some masks it does not even compare to your pissbaby meltdown over kneeling for the anthem so STFU.
Yes large outdoor events in LA require masks. But no one wore them regardless of wealth or fame. To be fair, I watched the Dodgers rape the Giants in the SF last October and no one in Uber liberalville wore masks for it either.
I have no idea who won, but watching conservatives lose their shit over the halftime show is funny as hell. As is all the crotchety "I couldn't even understand any of the words!" kvetching from members of the generation that jammed to Louie Louie.
