I don't know what the fuss is all about - haven't seen ol' Ronny on the tube for a while now. Just saw a commercial for the $1 selections and saw neither hide nor hair nor big red nose of the man.

Have you tried the Big Mac Wrap yet? Everything that goes into a Big Mac, except in a wrap instead of on a bun. Not too bad.

They're already doing that in NY and NJ banning all trans-fat cooking oils in restaurants and fast food chains. Now all the food tastes like shit. KFC took the worst hit. I used to love KFC, but now it tastes god awful and bland.

Now the state of NY is trying to pass a new tax on soft drinks and fruit juices because kids are fat.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg that's coming....

Sounds good. Unfortunately, the Mickey D's around here are cutting their own throats with their terrible service.

That'd be because number two of the 11 herbs and spices was MSG, which among other things triggers obesity. I can't find a source for it at the moment, but I've heard numerous times that MSG is somewhat addicting. That the body will crave the buzz. I sure remember a pavlovian response back before they were busted up here for enhancing the air around their freestanding stores.

I think this is dumb. And I'm what I figure some would term a crazy socialist lefty.

Parents, do your jobs. Don't let kids eat junk food every day and kick them off the couch to go run outside. Then they won't get fat and you won't have to legislate anything.

Well, it may be vile shit, but McDonald's does billions in sales every year. Either a lot of folks who say they hate it are lying, or there's a couple really hungry mofo's out there someplace.

A video is on the linked site

McDonald's Customer Crawling Through Drive-Thru for Fish Sandwich

McDonald's might need to enlist its Big Mouth Billy Bass Singing Fish, made famous in its TV ads, to "bring back" that fish one impatient customer took at its restaurant in South Brunswick, N.J.

Police said the customer crawled out of his car and into the drive thru window to get his fish sandwich, after slapping the McDonald's employee in the face.

"His Filet-O-Fish was taking too long at 4:30 in the morning," said South Brunswick Police Detective Sergeant James Ryan to NBCNewYork.

According to Ryan, the customer yelled at the employee and pushed him against the counter.

"After he slaps him, he takes his food," said Ryan.

Perhaps suggesting how hungry the suspect was, Ryan said he then threatened the employee by telling him "I'll be waiting for you when you get off work."

The police report said the suspect "then walked out of the store with his fish filet sandwich," went to his car, still parked in the drive thru lane and left.

However, he never came back for the employee, leaving McDonald's and Bill Bass to wonder if the suspect had ever seen or heard the words to its TV ad "Give me back that Filet-O-Fish, Give me that fish."

Or the people who eat there all the time are fucking stupid and don't know or understand anything about food and what the food industry today is all about.

I eat fast food too, once in a while. I don't prefer Mickey D's, but I do like A&W. I think its a good treat every few weeks, but holy hell I don't know how people can eat there all the time.

At work we can smell the people who constantly eat fast food. Its rank.

I can already see how the government is going to take a nanny state attitude with food.

They're a lot easier to eat than a Big Mac when you're in the car, that's for sure.

They're going to take that attitude with every aspect of your life, not just food.
