    Might I suggest that, since this max red setting is the result of a mutual agreement, that there be no reset to zero for either member without mutual agreement as well?

    I think that's a change, if so probably having to with an update to the list governing hover-overs. If the lowest ranked title only goes down to -1000000 because that's the number someone plugged into the list on an update, thinking it was low enough to be safe, then lower rep totals won't give a title. I remember getting the hover-over title after my rep was set to max-neg, although my memory could easily be faulty.
