Thanks hon, but you keep it. Those are free everywhere. Maybe you can get your money back from whoever sold it to you.
I have my houseboy, Rajib, print up copies of all the posts in the morning. I then make notes longhand in a spiral notebook for him to key into the computing machine.
No one is changing any rules. When actions "break" the coding and makes the board unusable/unreadable for people...even if it's only a handful...that is a problem we need to address. No one's shenanigans are more important than someone else's access to the board. Find a new method of revenge...preferably one that actually effects the target instead of other people.
For the love of all that's sane Chup, do have to derail every fucking thread with your inane drivel? You're becoming more tedious than Assvir and Sokar combined. Anyway, back to the subject of this thread; My computer is an older Dell Precision 350. 2.8 gz p4 processor with a gig of ram. Low end by todays standard, but still good enough to play most online games out there on lower settings without too much difficulty (WoW, Lotro, DDO, etc..). Haven't had too many problems with WF lately, usually only when your server starts to crap out and almost everyone's having problems.
Personally, I don't care if someone wants to spam up a thread with a lot of images. I find Baba's posts annoying and tedious, and I have him on ignore. Maybe he doesn't spam threads with images, but he sure does with inane comments. If a member here is consistently annoying you and bogging down the board, just put them on ignore until they straighten up. It worked for Baba and Startard threads, why do we now need mods to babysit the threads? It's going to be more work for them, and you just know there will be posters who keep doing it to prove a point.
PC. Don't know how anyone could read or post at a message board on a cell phone, nor would I want a message board with me 24/7. Posted from Apostle's iPhone.
Desktop PC w/cable modem when I'm home, notebook w/WiFi when I'm on the road. Don't need no stinkin' iPhone.
I either use my laptop (which WAS high end when it was purchased several years ago ) and my iPodTouch which is none of the above on the poll. But I can still get it with Safari.
By touching Selma Blair's nipples and turning them like radio knobs until I find the right frequency.
Used to be a high end PC, now its a middling PC, been looking at mobo/chip/RAM and SSD combos all evening....
I access Wordforge the same way I access your mom...through the back door. But seriously, I think what this poll is trying to get at is flawed. If the majority of people are accessing WF through their mobile devices, then any image more than, say 400 x 300 pixels isn't going to show up properly anyways. Maybe mobile internet users need to turn images off.
I'm not sure what the difference is between a low-end and high-end PC. I don't go buying a new one every six months. This is about 2-3 years old and was fairly up to spec then.
^High-end would be one with more than 4 gigs of memory and a fast processor, I'm guessing. I'm with you on that, though, the computer I bought in '07 with 2 gigs and 400 Gigs of storage is still okay.
