Huh. Guess Paladin's phone is acting wierd still. I took a pic too, but the file is too large to load here without shrinking. If he doesn't get it up, I'll get it up once I get home (currently in Santa Monica browsing a Barnes and Noble).

Just got back a half hour ago. For anyone that thinks @garamet is a persona...she ain't. I mean that in the best possible way. We shot the shit about career path and her kids and family stuff. All and all a good time. I'm not posting pics of this one, since I know the usual suspects will want to troll, though.

The meet ups these past few days have been the highlights of my leave period. :techman:

@Anna is fabulous! Smart, funny, and very together. (Hope some of your ears were burning, because we were dishing on you in between talking about RL stuff. :diablo:) Had a great time, looking forward to the next time! :D

Are you/everyone else able to see the photo? I posted it in post #54 and see it fine. I can also see a reduced version of it in the quote in post #55.

I downloaded this from Wordforge, re-sized it in Paint, and am now re-importing it.

If you don't see it, let me know.

To be honest, I didn't sleep much the night before, so drinking three beers might not have been the best idea. Thankfully, the hotel was only five minutes away.

I think it's always been pretty well established that Paladin's a nerd in the good way -- no big deal about the pens. Now, were there a pocket protector, then we'd need an intervention.

I didn't even wear shirts with breast pockets regularly until about a year ago; I've been more of a T-shirt kinda guy.

The two cheap-o PaperMate pens are of the type I seek out for drawing, which, if you've seen my art thread in the Workshop, you know I do a lot. I've not yet gotten accustomed to pencils, and those PaperMates let me draw very, very light lines.

Paladin looks almost exactly as I pictured him -- perhaps I've seen an image of him before.

But the other guy -- is that O2C? If so, he is different in almost every way from what I thought he'd be. Then again, searching my soul, I find that I sort of expected him to be a muscular Pict with blue body paint.

I had the same reaction to O2C when I saw him. I thought he was an old man all these years, and I find that we're actually pretty close in age (trying not to give away too much). :soma:

I believe you saw the video of me reciting "Erlkoenig" a year or so back.
O2C has a pretty good James Franco going on (though he was goateed Edward Norton in profile).

O2C has long been one of the greatest Wordforge enigmas. He actually looks about how I expected, though I thought perhaps he would be Asian. I had already seen pictures of the other two.
