    IIRC, Renegades is meant as a "pilot" for a potential series. Thought there website said as much.

    I've seen one of the trailers. As some pretty good space combat in it. Don't like having a female commander as the focus of the action though.

    Because I don't like women as the main stars in most of the television series and movies I prefer. I mean I accept it as a necessity in this day and age but in general I don't like it with certain notable exceptions (like "The Golden Girls" or "Reba" or "The Big Bang Theory" to name a few)

    Still, it is amazing that a bunch of guys in their mom's basement can whip up something that has the production values of TNG. Now, if someone could just explain to Russ the concept of pacing, they might have something.
