Lenny Robinson, the millionaire who visited sick kids in hospitals dressed as Batman was killed in an auto wreck Sunday. Reading this story actually upset me, he didn't have to do what he was doing. He did it because he wanted to, and wanted to make a difference. He will missed, and he did make that difference.
There are 615 billionaires in the US, and only a "mere" millionaire had the balls to be Batman. How fucked up is that?
I remember the original video of the traffic stop. The officers were enthusiastically shaking hands with him when they realized why he was dressing up as Batman. There are several other people who dress up as other Super Heroes for the kids in that same Oncology ward IIRC. Wonder Woman and Aquaman I think I remember.
Others are taking up the mantle. http://www.therealstanlee.com/when-...se-another-batman-stepped-in-to-save-the-day/
