Request to unlock the thread Anc unfairly locked.

As I said, there are numerous questions he and the other mods were asked but which remain unanswered. Those questions are in the thread and we deserve straight answers. It would be a nice change if that actually happened for once.

Yes, there's obviously still plenty to discuss. The same line of "reasoning" was used by Anna to close the other thread and yet the thread I started afterwards got another 6 pages of discussion before Anc arbitrarily closed it.

I, for one, would like to hear the anwsers to the questions he has been ignoring and dodging and then I would like to hear what the other mods think of his wild unsupported claims. It would also be helpful if the other mods told us what they thought of Anc's abusive and irrational behavior this morning.

I personally thought it was very unprofessional and unbecoming.

Man, remember the days when mod abuse involved staff taking sides in online relationships, mods 'shopping faces onto porn covers when called out, when one edited thread kicked off a six week meltdown that got Goldeneye banned and gul being accused of leaking info or when Jamie was allowed to troll Doc's name with that sig?

I realize you asked for other mods, admins or owners to chime in, but 12 hours later you have probably noticed that none care enough to respond.

Seriously, no. one. cares. that you and Captain X are still crushing on gturner. Due to my.... domestic situation I have built up a tolerance and patience for these kind of temper tantrums and so have tried to reason with you guys, but even I have gotten tired. So y'all either need to come to peace with the explanation I'm giving you or find another way to act out. The HD isn't the place.

Or better yet you can man up and eat some crow.

Ee'-yah yu'-tah kohn, you should just admit you were wrong and undo the ban, or sell the board to someone who actually gives a damn about it.

Point one: Majority of the board owners don't want gturner back.
Point two: Continuing to relentlessly beat this drum works counter to your goal.
Point three: We're not perfect. We do our best, however.
Point four: The owners pay the bills, the domain is still in Anc's name. The board exists at our collective discretion, as does your membership. This is not a democracy, but we strive to take the board's input into consideration.
Point five: All that we've needed to say on this matter has been said. Unless any further discussion amongst staff changes anything, this discussion is done, and if you continue to belabor the issue, I will consider handing out holidays.
