As I've said many times before... whilst I have been critical of the United States of America, Canada also has its share of wackaloons.

So when he talks about postponing the election, or refusing to concede if he loses, or serving an unconstitutional third term, what does that suggest to you?

This is a lie. You are lying. To defend Trump, of all people. Pathetic.

Tell me, do you also rush to praise and defend Trump whenever he attacks the Canadian economy with bullshit tariffs just to help his re-election chances? :chris:

Sure, there is a problem with police brutality. The problem has been in place for much longer than Trump has been in power. Social media has just made it more obvious.

Protesting is fine. I support it. I support creating a way to help people protest. I don't support looting and destruction of property. If you do that, the police should lock you up. Most cities and states refused to do that. Therefore I support the feds coming in and doing it for them. End of story.

What part is a lie? That the Canadian government defunded and shutdown our ability to properly respond to the pandemic? That our government was slow to respond? That we did a bunch of dick waving when it came to whether or not masks were important?

This makes no sense. Everything coming out of Wuhan was compromised. The fact that you don't get that is because your head is so far up the ass of the TDS crowd that you think Trump is the only person at fault for everything that went wrong.

It is amusing really, how much of you fuckwits are sitting here blaming Trump for killing 200,000 Americans, not a single one of you dumbfuck morons are willing to hold the governors of each state accountable for their actions.

Just like it is up here in dumbfuckCanada, the morons in Ontario are saying Ford, the premier of Ontario has done such a great job, and completely ignoring his inaction when it came to the care facilities. The military had to go in and secure those places, and the military came away in fucking disgust over how things were handled.

Trump didn't control the actions of the state of New York when it came to diverting people to care facilities and not letting them leave.

    No, it didn't.

This has absolutely nothing to do with intelligence committees. The information was out in the open, available to everyone, at all times. The only people who didn't have it were the victims of misinformation of the kind that Trump spread in March, continued to spread throughout the spring and the summer, and continues to spread on this day.

Hilarious. Did the misinformation Trump spread also kill all those people in Italy? If only they didn't listen. Everyone would still be alive?

    Holy shit you are stupid.

No shit. And people have been protesting it for as long as it's been happening.

    So, why is now different?

Could it be that now, along with the protests, there is rioting and looting?

    And why would that be?

If protesters didn't riot and loot before, then that suggests there are other forces at work.

And, what would those other forces be? Where did they come from? Why would they think they could get away with it?

You might want to do some of that research you keep insisting others should do. [/quote]

you're not very good at insults either.

"Everything coming out of Wuhan was compromised"? That's why we needed our own CDC reps there, which we had until Trump pulled them out before the onset. They were onsite working with the Chinese. Information was available if we'd had our people there.

"Trump didn't control the actions of the state of New York"? Sure he did. By withholding information and crippling the CDC. He's directly responsible for a percentage of deaths.

I will admit that I think Trudeau -- and probably one or two of his cabinet ministers -- are criminals. I truly mean that. But they will completely skirt the Canadian justice system as all members of the political elite (Mulroney, Chretien, etc.) have for decades.

But here's one very big fucking difference between Canada and the United States when it comes to COVID-19:

At no point was the pandemic made political in this country. Politicians of every stripe worked together. I can't think of a single politician who hasn't listened to their scientists and medical officers or actively discouraged wearing masks. Compare that to the whackjob-in-chief and his minions south of the border.

Yes, there are arguments now about back-to-school plans and other aspects of the pandemic, but we are clearly more united in our approach than our southern neighbours.

See that’s your problem. You come in here whining about TDS and nobody being objective. So I give Trump credit for this peace deal while being objective and pointing out it’s basically a quid pro quo. Then you get your panties in a knot. Listen, I think Obama/Biden had bigger fish to fry than Israel-UAE. Like getting six countries on board to put nuclear inspectors on the ground in Iran.

Do you have trouble with the concept of linear time? Italy happened before the pandemic became obvious. It's a large part of how it became obvious. Trump lied two weeks later, he lied two months later, he has lied about it today. Would everyone still be alive if he told the truth and worked against rather than for the pandemic? Of course not. Not everyone. Only 180 000 or so, and counting.

It didn’t? I seem to recall the Obama administration flying a cargo plane into Iran in the dead of night and giving them billions of dollars. Maybe you live in an alternate reality where that didn’t happen and somehow we’re able to communicate.

If you pay me $200 for pictures of my hot manly ass so you can fap over it, and I send you pics of Dayton and you complain and demand a full refund, I haven't "given" you $200.

Now granted, I have paid you interest. But that's on me for holding onto your cash and stiffing you in the first place, when it was you who wanted to stiff yourself.

Yeah, just fuck 'em over if you don't like 'em. Who cares? It's not like we'll have to do business with them or their friends. We certainly don't need to worry about honoring any legalities with them because we don't like 'em! Genius! Sheer Genius!

Stiffing other countries has worked so well in the past. It even worked well in Iran. Overthrowing the government and setting up the Shah in his place was a really good idea, wasn't it? And that didn't cause any problems in the long run, did it?

So, yeah, if you don't like a country, go ahead and rob them. Nothing to worry about.

Since you're a busboy I'm just going to go ahead and assume you've never been part of any large scale negotiations

Within the context of the Obama Administration wanting to strike a deal with Iran, giving them back their money plus interest seems like a significant good will gesture that would forward the negotiations to a point where Iran would have to capitulate on certain things that America wanted
