For basically the last 35 years in most media, they have moved mostly away from Clark Kent portraying himself as a bumbling doofus to avoid being caught as Superman to Clark Kent as regular cool dude. Superman Returns is about the only major exception that stuck to the Dorky Clark thing that I can think of.

And even in the time period where Clark pretended to be a dork, it was just an act and he was really a badass. That Steve Lombard or whoever would try to bully him didn't matter because he was still Superman.

Make sure you post the entire thing in situ. As opposed to your "editorializing" all day.

Dumbass. That’s why I thought a mod could do it.

Give me 5 minutes to get back on the computer and take a screenshot.

Not that UA had a point in general, but as bad or good as you might consider Batwoman, it kinda goes against every thing he says.

The main male characters in Batwoman are Jake Kane and Luke Fox. Jake is a serious billionaire who oversees a private security company and is dad to Batwoman 1.0 and female quasi-Joker villain. He's not portrayed as incompetent, stunted, or a man-child. Nor is he mocked and derided by any female characters. Luke Fox is also serious and generally gets respect. I suppose Batwoman 1.0 teased him some but it was with respect and there was definitely teasing back.

Batwoman 2.0 definitely has been struggling and continues to struggle as a person (although I grant you that she's been doing better at the Batwoman gig than she has any right to be). She has suffered the murder of her mom, a conviction for a crime she didn't commit, a month-long abduction as a teen, life in crappy foster homes, near-homelessness, racism, unemployment. She is shown making errors in judgment all the time. A few off the top of my head - not telling anybody about her festering wound from being shot up with Kryptonite, getting back together with her criminal ex, getting jumped in her civvy guise.

Sophie, another regular character, is depicted actually as an incomptent, stunted, girl-child.

I like how a thread about Uncle Albert's misogyny devolved into two women pointlessly bickering.

Keep it up, garamet and Jenee.

Before this gets going I would confirm this is not a trap. @garamet would be perfectly capable of copy pasting her words here is she wanted people to see them. However, it is considered bad form, and possibly a warnable offense to post someone else's PM to the public. I recognize the mods would probably not warn you, but since garamet could easily report you for posting her PM it makes sense that she should voluntarily copy-paste her words here showing she has no problem with them being public.

They are her words, and @Jenee could verify their accuracy and whether they are complete.

Why are you asking others to copy paste your words?

Good one doing something so rat faced I feel the need to actually respond to you.

Posting other people's PMs is often considered a no no. You are just asking @Jenee or the mods to copy paste the words you said and are saved in your PMs. why do they need to invade your private mail to post your private words when you could copy paste all of your words here yourself?

I do not think there would be any problem with you making your personal private words public. They are in your PM folder. No one else needs to poke around your PMs for you to copy them. Jenee does not have to potentially violate any private conversation rules for you to post your words.

I will tell you people what will happen:

    1. The mods post garamet's private words, and then Garamet complains forever that the mods posted her PMs which exposed whatever bullshit she said.

    2. Jenee posts garamet's PMs and Garamet will report Jenee for posting her PMs which I do believe goes against this site's general rules.

Nice attempt to troll someone into a warnable offense.

So I caught you in the act. Why are you still not copying your words that you insist the mods or jenee post is a question they will have to answer for themselves since you are avoiding it. I will say I caught the chihuahua by the tail here. Now back to your pen.

I will say that was entertaining. Do it again and i might pay attention to you again.
