SF has California burritos. Never ordered one, never seen anyone order one, but they're on the menu in at least a few taquerias.
Hell, we've had California burritos on the east coast forever. But here it's a smothered burrito, one covered in enchilada sauce and cheese. And hash browns in breakfast burrito are quite common
some types of rice might be. Brown is tasty with a low glycemic index. Korea style short grain rice is awesome! Italian style cheesy rice is horrid, and one time in Italy I had it prepared from the wife of an actual rice farmer in northern Italy - so obviously it was a quality product cooked to perfection but I still didn't like it.
