I'm pretty unadventurous at Taco Bell. A beef Burrito Supreme (hold the tomatoes) does the job nicely. Or just a couple of regular Bean Burritos. I did recently get turned on to the Fire sauce, though.
Haven't seen this on the menus at the local bells... Makes making a proper offering to the porcelain gods difficult.
Never had a Mexican pizza from Taco Bell, but there is no finer authentic Mexican dining than sitting down to eat a crunchwrap supreme with a Baja Blast on the rocks.
I don't see the problem. It's not pretty enough? It's fast food. You're expecting gourmet presentation? It ain't gonna get any prettier in your guts. Eat it.
I ate Taco Bell once about thirty years ago. It didn’t seem like it was actual food so I haven’t gone back.
That is probably why people who are high like it. It is something you put in your mouth that simulates food and you imagine the taste. They can put some spice on it to make it seem like flavor. However, I have found a 24 hour food truck picnic area that is mexican based. It is fucking awesome. They play the coolest EDM and old techno. I might go down there this summer to see who I can meet.
I’ve never had one before that was cut so unevenly or pieces of it were sticking up in spots. I wasn’t expecting it to look like it was made by Anthony Bourdain, but it’s below the usual low standards of Taco Bell.
If you're going to go for ghetto "Mexican" food, I prefer Del Taco (mostly in the southwestern states, I think) over Taco Hell.
we get more Central and South American variations than Mexican around here... Fish tacos seem to be the thing, but not really mine. I kind of prefer Caribbean though... My number one go to is Rasta Pasta across the street... nice and spicy without being super hot. Jerk chicken on fettucine alfredo tonight
