John Campea is speculating that Marvel is giving FF to John Kracinski, and that they'll make it up to Watts by giving him some other huge Marvel property.

FF is definitely a different property. I doubt you could find someone to make a better Tom Holland Spidey Movie. That doesn't mean he's the best at doing the FF. We have yet to see anyone do it well.
Getting Krasinski as an actor and director for FF would no doubt be a solid decision. And we could see his wife play Sue Storm. But another intriguing idea - the Russo Brothers said they were done with Marvel as they had done everything in it they could possibly achieve. There is no way they'd come back for a new project. With one exception - if they could helm Fantastic Four, as they are both huge fans. Hmmmm...
So who's your casting for FF? I'm good with Krasinski and Blunt, though he's a better fit than she is for Sue Storm. Though I'm sure she'd do just fine in the role. If you are going with a man Krasinski's age and an older FF (and that works IMO), how about Rosamund Pike? The Thing, well that should go to the Expanse's own Amos, Wes Chatham. And Ansel Elgort (the Kid from Baby Driver) as Sue's younger brother Johnny.
The beauty of the multiverse being opened up, is they don't have to think of ways to crowbar their origin into the MCU timeline. They can go ahead, and have the FF have their origin in a universe that looks like the Jack Kirby 60's, then have America Chavez pull them over into the MCU in the mid-credits. Easy-peasy.
I remember suggesting that is how the DC universe should start back when we were waiting for Justice League. Have the story be about time travel undoing the effects of the Lord of Time or Per Degaton who had wiped out all the heroes except for the iconic members of the JL and then in the last minutes show the timeline being reset and get long distance views of all the heroes coming back into existence. And, of course, bring in Bryan Cranston to play Lex Luthor Jr's dad, the real Lex. Everyone said it wouldn't work. LOL.
Hmmm. My choices are a little unconventional, and I'm definitely skewing towards comedy. Jack Whitehall (Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic) Elle Fanning (Sue Storm/Invisible Woman) Patrick Schwarzenegger (Johnny Storm/The Human Torch) Mark Wahlberg (Ben Grimm/The Thing) Henry Cavill (Victor von Doom/Dr. Doom)
Eh, I like him, he looks the part, he's young enough to have a long run in the role, and he's funny. YMMV.

Popular rumor going around that Namor is the villain for "Wakanda Forever". Triple-Spideys, and Professor X were rumors, so sometimes they're true.
There's going to be a Thunderbolts movie. No word on casting/characters, but they've told past actors to keep their schedules open. Punisher, Thunderbolt Ross (as Red Hulk?), and Abomination seem likely candidates. Maybe even Ghost Rider? https://www.darkhorizons.com/schreier-to-direct-marvels-thunderbolts/
Jason Schwartzman voices The Spot in "Across The Spider-Verse". His power is he's covered with dimension portals. So, perfect villain for a dimension movie. https://www.darkhorizons.com/across-the-spider-verse-villain-revealed/
Kevin Feige says we're going to start to see the shape of phase 4 and 5 start to come together soon. To that I say....hurry the fuck up! We knew Thanos was the end of the path by fucking Avengers 1. https://www.darkhorizons.com/marvels-feige-teases-mcus-next-saga/
True, but Avengers 1 was the 6th movie in Phase 1. We are only through 4 movies in Phase 4, and it's really 3, as Black Widow was a throwback to an earlier phase. Shang Chi, Eternals, and Dr Strange 2 are the only entries in the current timeline. We'll see how much they integrate the Disney+ shows. DS2 clearly had the theme running from Wandavision, though personally I thought they didn't do that tie in well.
Yep, but it was released in 2019. Wiki has it Phase 3. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvel_Cinematic_Universe:_Phase_Three Regardless, I think we can agree that it didn't move the ball at all for Phase 4, whereas No Way Home did with the Multiverse plot.
Well, yeah. It's a fairly arbitrary classification. Although Mysterio pretended to be from the multiverse, which I think was the first mention of that anywhere.
What are people's expectations of "THOR: LOVE & THUNDER"? It'll be out in theaters in a little over 2 weeks.
