Self-defense is now bullying? Jesus fucking Crom. :bang:
Unless you are arguing that I am personally the cause of anything systemic, I am neither to blame nor on the hook for a solution.
As for "trauma free," maybe not everyone wails about it for sympathy points. Or is another repackaging of the arrogant bullshit "If you understood the situation, you would agree with me and act the way I think you should."

are you intentionally doing this, or honestly this dumb?

why does this keep coming back to it being your fault when nobody has ever claimed such other than you in your presumption of victimhood?

the only one who has ever put you on the hook for anything is you... although it really does appear more as a cross.

and no, trauma free is simply that you clearly have never faced hardship of any real sort in your privileged existence. pretty sure I qualified that earlier on.

I mean, I love how you decide it's self defense and cast yourself as the one being picked on... how often has that ever happened? You bloviate about what a grizzly man you are... type that nobody fucks with, right? Pretty sure you used to folks acquiescing because you're not just big, but more than likely loud.

Everything you post on the subject points to that. Or you might just be a big pussy who feels bulletproof sitting at a keyboard. As has been pointed out we (with at least one exception) can only go on what you post here. :clyde:
How many of these boxes get checked?
    • Impulsiveness
    • Anger management problems
    • Controlling, rather than leading
    • Prone to frustration and feeling annoyed
    • Lacking empathy; not sympathetic to the needs or desires of others
    • Blames victims by saying things like, "If that geek didn't look so stupid, I wouldn't have to hit him."
    • Difficulty following rules
    • Little respect for authority
    • Views violence in a positive way, such as a form of entertainment or a good way to get needs met
    • Physically stronger than other children (common with boys who bully)
    • Perceived as popular (common with girls who bully)

From that list, UA has been fairly consistent the entire time on afaik in not being positive about violence.

Appeal to Consequences is a faulty line of argument for determining the truth of something.

Even if it was, acknowledging the existence of systemic racism doesn't mandate that it should be addressed, or the methods by which that should happen.

Funny. But, I’m not so delusional to think that every thing on that list could not be applied to me - except that I’ve never been physically stronger than other children at the same age. Hell, or even younger for that matter.

But to appreciate how the founding generation thought about firearm regulation, we can look at what they did, and not just what they said. James Madison, the author of the Bill of Rights, twice introduced state legislation in Virginia that would impose penalties on any individual who “bear a gun out of his inclosed ground, unless whilst performing military duty.”

You read that right. The author of the Second Amendment drafted statewide legislation that was effectively a forerunner to the New York state law that the Supreme Court just struck down. The bill, which was really aimed at regulating deer hunting, did not pass. But it clearly demonstrated that Madison viewed individual gun ownership as well within the state’s regulatory prerogative.

    https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2022/06/26/conservative-supreme-court-gun-control-00042417

Things like this informed Chief Justice Berger when he called the NRA's take on individual firearm ownership and the 2nd amendment the biggest fraud in American history.

And remember how all those old West lawmen had the job of disarming cowboys - Bass Reeves, the Earp brothers, the Mastersons, all gun grabbers to a man. Hell, that's how the Gunfight at the OK Corral started.

James Madison is a revisionist left wing radical who doesn't respect the wisdom of the US founders.

For $50M, they'd better repel lasers, vampires and asteroids.

Sadly, they probably just have a magnet that brings donuts to the officers remotely.

    A magnut.

I am thinking the dems have a point. Maybe we are being to mean. Has anyone ever thought if we were just nicer to the cops they would release the info and we would all get what we want?

It is scary to be a cop and maybe we should tone shit down and stop criticizing them.

Thanks for some folks trying to get this thread back on track.

Leave it to that shithead Uncle Albert to turn a thread about murdered school kids into a five-page discussion of his "rights".

Hello, obviously the shooter wasn't brown enough to be an immediate threat. He was white. Was the officer just going to shoot first because there was an immediate threat? You can't do that to white people. That is behavior we specifically reserve for unarmed black men because of the dangers they pose to society because of the melanin content of their skin.

Have you people not been paying attention?

Guntard leader admits the truth. They will shoot their own kids to protect their lives. This is why the republicans are a death cult and they will keep letting kids get shot to protect their lives. This is american gun logic.

Gun nuts like @Lanzman and gunforge think you shoot kids to protect them.

Maybe it is time to end the argument and do some adulting while we sit the animals on the right down and take their toys away until they grow something resembling a brain and prove it. Just sayin.
