    I made lemongrass meatballs on top of a spinach and plum salad last night. (Yeah, it was a meal kit thing, I'm not that creative.) Seems like a similar principle -- cooked ground meat on top of greens -- although the pickle juice, mustard and ketchup dressing sounds pretty gross.
