Bankruptcy judge in Jones case has stipped Jones' folks of control of InfoWars. Interestingly enough, one of the things I learned is that InfoWars owes $54 million to a company partially owned by Jones. Hmm....

Some of what he's saying/doing with his fundraising is likely to run afoul of the bankrupcy courts and he could end up going to prison for it.

If you skip to about the 17 minute mark of this podcast episode, you'll discover that the enfuckening of Jones because of this has already begun. In order to delay payment while he appeals the decision, he's got to put down at least 10% of the judgement with the court. He doesn't have that, and his companies are already in bankruptcy filings, so all his financial resources are not only being tracked by the courts, but carefully followed by lawyers who make 40% of whatever he has to pay out. They have a huge fucking incentive to make sure that every dime he has is accounted for. And that money has to start heading towards the families soon.

The largest single creditors against Jones are the Sandy Hook families, if the bankruptcy judge decides that Jones' company doesn't have enough income to realistically pay the families, he/she can order the company liquidated. The families can also petition have Jones' company dissolved. Additionally, any and all of his personal assets are subject to being seized. Jail is a distinct possibility for him because of how badly he's already botched attempts at hiding his assets.
