Losing Lincoln was probably the worst thing to happen to the south and resulted in federal expansion and intervention. Losing McKinley resulted in European like colonial expansion. Losing Kennedy likely resulted furthering the development of the Vietnam war. I don’t see how any of this helps the liberation movement.
