Marijuana is a class 1 substance and therefore illegal at the federal level. The states can't change the federal laws. So the states that have already decriminalized it can still have federal enforcement of federal laws impact their citizens. You know, because we are a federal government, not 50 independent states. 1. Trump hates losers. Historically the out party should take 20+ seats. When they get single digits it totally won’t have anything with Trump puting his criminal ass the center of the damn stage. It will all be McCarthy. It is all McCarthy’s fault. 2. People that don’t know Trump can be opposed to him. They just don’t know any better. They are just waiting be woo’ed. Converts are welcomed.
