It is looking increasingly likely that Ds will have locked up 50 Senate seats going into the GA runoff. What does that do for turnout? Rs will effectively already ‘lost’ the Senate so will folks who held their nose and voted Walker stay home? Will Trump have announced? Does that motivate Ds more than Rs?
