Man goes to Jan 6th insurrection, two weeks later shoots up an abortion clinic in TN, a year later comes back and burns the clinic to the ground, then shoots several rounds into a federal building.... has died due to an unnamed medical incident while in jail. He was under indictment for one count of destruction of property.

Mark Thomas Reno, age 63, was also in possession of documentation on how to make IEDs and was on tape stating he would be targeting more clinics.

None of this was made public until federal court documents were unsealed four days ago.

The last Jan 6th hearing is Monday, and they are saying they will be presenting more evidence. And there is a report out that they have the Secret Service deleted messages and will be presenting them. Not sure that's true yet, but hope so.

Three active duty marines working in the Intelligence community were arrested and are being prosecuted with 4 counts each for participating in the Jan 6th insurrection. That puts the total number of active duty and reservists facing charges to 12. Two of them were signals intelligence, the other radio and reconaissance.

What are they being charged with?

They weren't violent but did penetrate the capitol grounds.

So two disorderly conducts, one knowingly entering a restricted building, and one picketing inside the US capitol. They are all misdemeanors I believe.

However, once they Feds are done with them they will almost certainly be court martialed.
