I see no proof that you are MeanJoePhaser and the proof offered did not meet my threshold and in fact, based on the logic use, you could have been one of four different people.

Other than in TNZ, your board behavior, minus one SJW comment (we try to keep that shit off the main boards) was fine.

In TNZ, other than the thread (dealt with adequately by the TNZ ban), your behavior is the same as anyone else's. Pretty much, they are reacting to you NOT being liberal and arguing with them.

So I see no grounds for either a board ban or a TNZ ban. The threat, even though we know that's bullshit, had to be sustained given reality.

That's my verdict. Now I have to go and argue it with the person who gave it. I have all my evidence and I feel pretty strongly that you were wronged, so fingers crossed.

Ok, I appreciate the effort. I strongly suspected that I was banned merely for pissing off liberals in the TNZ, and that's why I appealed to you.

I've PMed the person. If that person doesn't give me grief, I will want to talk to the TNZ mods first. They will get a heads up but they will NOT be part of the decision. That's not at their level even though they have more autonomy than mods on the main board. They won't like it, I can tell you now.

In all fairness, you could have been kept out for having a dual for your original ban. As for others banned, if they squawk to me and there is evidence, I look it at. I do know which of my mods are quick to ban.

P.S. Would you let whoever runs TK now that their verification no longer works? I'd like to pop in, but since I can't be verified, I can't. It's not a huge deal, but if you can ask someone, perhaps they could fix it.
