Holy shit, the Dems are not far left. The Dems running the show right now are a bunch of centrist cowards. And somehow Trump and Republicans are different? Bullshit. And somehow Trump and the Republicans are different? Bullshit. What you're doing is thinly veiled gaslighting, plain and simple.
Doesnt seem like either riddicule or exposition. She doesn't name names or specifics, and riddicule riddicule implies sone form of humor. All i have seen have been some racist tweets she claims have been taken out of context.
when have I said anything about trump or republicans. Im exploring libertarian and other third parties.
The two major parties we have now are run by extremists. Like you. You are whats wrong with modern America. You are a hateful little man, and I oppose you with the core of my being.
Oh no, her ridicule is too MEAN, it's not FUNNY ENOUGH! Nut up, snowflake. Just because you don't believe her when she says there's context, don't believe anyone else when they say there's context, won't go looking for the context that you've been told exists, and believe the first rag that tells you there is no context, does not actually mean there is no context. Normally I'd say something like "Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence," but this is way beyond that, because there is evidence, you just refuse to use Google. You're just an uncurious ignoramus, and worse, proud of it. Exhibit C.
You seem genuinely angry. Never seen this side of you before. I guess everyone has their breaking point.
It is fine to have a problem with liars who attempt to divide us. Sorry, but sometimes we do need to mock the ignorant. Try not to be on the ignorant side or advertise your idiocy so loud if the laughter at your folly bothers you. You are free to make an ass out of yourself, but not free from the consequences of being an ass.
Not my one position, just the most important thing right now. Literal neo-nazis then, if that comforts you. The point stands.
One of the definitely is. Meanwhile the Democrats can barely define what they stand for. Opposing racism is not extreme. Opposing class warfare is not extreme. Opposing cozying up to terrorists and despots while alienating loyal allies is not extreme. I'm not American, genius. Apathy is no virtue in the face of what's happening today. Now who sounds like a hateful little man? In conclusion, fuck off with your #walkaway gaslighting.
You still really aren't getting it. It's not mean-spirited, and only someone who was unwilling to look at the context could think so. Exhibit D.
Wait...so Russian propaganda is okay and worthy of redistribution if you agree with it? You got duped, grownup.
I think you'll find that there is a large difference between the "American left" and the Democratic Party, the latter of which is under discussion. The "American left" is largely unrepresented politically, while the Democratic Party is a more centrist party. I would agree with you that the "American left" has a largely Fuck Whitey attitude, because honestly fuck white people. The Democratic Party does not really follow that mindset--as far as I can tell, no Democratic politician has been elected on a Fuck Whitey platform (though, plenty have historically been elected on a Fuck Blacky platform).
I'm sure you, @Lanzman, @Paladin, and @Federal Farmer will be very happy riding the short bus together.
It's so cute that they think they're the mature ones when their philosophy claims to be based on "you're not the boss of me!" while, conversely, wanting to be in charge.
The Working Families Party has tried to position itself as the economically progressive, socially neutral party for racist working class whites to turn to when they get scared of all the darkies in the Dem tent.
When exploring libertarianism as applicable to cash based economies, consider a few things. Like how much does garbage collection cost in Galt's Gulch? Or pizza delivery? More meta.. how many "libertarians" do you interact with who's jobs are significantly reliant on government contracts/services?
One thing I saw this week isn't that swing voters are those who will cross party lines, the real challenge is getting people to vote who usually don't.
Walking away from the democrats to be a Republican is like going from smoking tobacco to smoking crack because you are tired of the yellow stains on your teeth. I guess the yellow stains are no longer noticable when your teeth are black and rotten or gone, but it really does not help the problem.
They will usually then declare anyone who didn't vote they way they wanted must be a Nazi. I see Tuckerfan had already done that in this thread. Slandering people and unjustly calling them names rarely gets people to vote for you but some people never learn. If Dems want to win they are going to have to find a way to convince some of these people to vote for them.
She did this for five years straight, eh? Without ever once explaining it or slipping up in her performance? A more logical and less twisted version is she probably just does really hate white people just as she said she did, over and over again, for five years straight. At the end of the day is she racist? Yeah, probably but really she is a just a boring product of current academia screerching garbage about how being racist some how makes you anti racist, how facts don't matter only the victimhood narrative matters (see her continued blog posts about how "Jackie" must be be unquestionably believed long after Rolling Stone retracted the story as being made up lies), and basically just regurgitates ideological talking points adding nothing to any discussion. This really is not what we as a society should be promoting.
It is not just perception, dude. Yes, the American left is going to have to change some of it's actual positions in order to live up to its ideals because there really are some pretty glaring contradictions. You can't just keep saying the same thing in a different way and pretend those contradictions don't exist. So, no, it is not just a perception problem.
1. Sugarcoating the atrocities of certain elected officials isn't going to get their supporters to see the error of their ways either. I'm sure they don't like hearing unpleasant news, but that's tough love for ya. 2, Funny, I don't see you discussing the problematic aspects of Islam diplomatically. Do you think you're going to get the "animals" to change their minds the way you're going about it?
I am not trying to change their minds or get them to vote for me, now am I? Dems are and that is a massive difference you seem unable to understand.
