I think you'll find that there is a large difference between the "American left" and the Democratic Party, the latter of which is under discussion. The "American left" is largely unrepresented politically, while the Democratic Party is a more centrist party.

I would agree with you that the "American left" has a largely Fuck Whitey attitude, because honestly fuck white people. The Democratic Party does not really follow that mindset--as far as I can tell, no Democratic politician has been elected on a Fuck Whitey platform (though, plenty have historically been elected on a Fuck Blacky platform).

Slandering people and unjustly calling them names rarely gets people to vote for you but some people never learn. If Dems want to win they are going to have to find a way to convince some of these people to vote for them.
