Way back when Obamacare first began I got it and went to the doctor because of the nerve pain and diabetes that was not yet diagnosed. The doctor sent me to get my legs sonogrammed but never tested my blood sugar or gave me a blood test. After three visits and the results of the sonogram of my legs revealed there were no vascular problems with my legs he still had not even talked about the diabetes I was talking about. I stopped health insurance at that point.

A while later when I went to the poor clinic and Florida health department they showed me how to take my blood sugar, where to get cheap equipment, did blood tests, prescribed metformin for blood sugar problems, prescribed gabapentin for the nerve pain, had me sit with a dietician for an hour discussing how I could eat better, and sent me to physical therapy to learn how to exercise for my mobility loss.

I will never give a dime to health insurance again. I will pay doctors directly, give to free clinics, and even pay taxes for state public healthcare for myself and others. I won't even take free subsidies for the health insurance people anymore. If they want to give me a subsidy I will sign it over to the free clinic or health department. Fuck everything about health insurance and health insurance companies. I would not even work for them, and I was up for working for the evil empire of TWC. There is a bottom and everyone in health insurance deserves the SAW treatment.
