    I apologize.
In order to watch this video, you have to click on it a second time, and watch it on YouTube.
    I hope you'll give it a chance.

    "Still"

    Bill Anderson sings to:

Jeannie C. Riley (Harper Valley PTA)
Kitty Wells (It Wasn't God Who Made Honky Tonk Angels)
Skeeter Davis (The End of the World)

    Margo Smith
    Jean Shepard
    Jan Howard
    Jeannie Seeley

    and Carol Lee Cooper

"Still" was the #1 selling country song of 1963.
Sheb Wooley's "Purple People Eater" was the #1 song the U.S. for five weeks in 1958.

1992 bitches! Damn that year rocked for me like nobody's business - three classics from back-in-the-day.

Arguable the worst...video...ever....I was reading a book about MTV. I had forgotten just how career-destroying this video was.
The first case of somebody coming out of the closet who was never even in the closet! What were they thinking back then?

Agreed. For years I thought Billy Squier was gay because of that video.

I saw him on the tour before that one (my first rock concert, BTW. Saga was the opener) and remember thinking, "WTF happened? :wtf:"

I used to think that Mick was singing "give me all your lovin'" until I read the lyrics many years later. That Michael Penn song was great! :techman:
